Learn movements that are safe and movements to avoid in yoga and daily life. I will cover 12 key yoga poses to help improve strength, balance and bone health. Decrease the risk for stooped posture, back pain, and falling!

About the Event

Do you know about 1 in 3 seniors may have Osteoporosis, or “brittle bones”.  This silent disease increases the risk for bone fractures, stooped posture and back pain.  Yoga improves mobility, posture and can relieve back pain. I want to invite you to the next class “Yoga to Reverse Osteoporosis” at Ignite Wellness, Encinitas.  

During The Workshop You Will Learn To: You will learn: Do’s and Don’ts: Movements that are safe and movements to avoid in yoga and daily life.  ·Perform 12 key yoga poses to help improve strength, balance and bone health. ·Learn how to adapt poses to your level of experience or physical limitations. All levels are welcome. ·Begin a regular home practice. It Is Open For ALL Levels. Class Size Is Small For Individualized Attention. Saturday 11/2 1-2:30PM.  Cost $40
